Turkey Bacon Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients (1 Serving)
2 slices Arnold® Country White® Bread
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 egg, fried
¼ cup spinach
2 slices Gruyère cheese
2 slices turkey bacon, cooked
- Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Crack egg in skillet and fry until whites are cooked through, and yolk is set to desired firmness.
- Layer spinach, Gruyère cheese, turkey bacon and fried egg on 1 slice of toast. Drizzle with Sriracha, top with second slice of toast, and enjoy.
