  • 4 slices of Arnold White bread, toasted and cubed
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves, cut into small squares
  • 4 slices deli pepperoni, quartered
  • 16 black olives
  • 16 grape tomatoes
  • 8 slices salami, sliced in half
  • 16 Mozzarella balls
  • ¼ cup Italian dressing
  • Special Tools: 16 bamboo skewers

Directions

Directions
  1. Skewer 1 toasted bread cube, 1 lettuce square, 1 quarter slice pepperoni, 1 black olive, 1 toasted bread cube, 1 grape tomato, 1 half slice salami, 1 Mozzarella ball and 1 more toasted bread cube.
  2. Repeat the process with remaining bamboo skewers.
  3. Serve skewers with a side of Italian dressing.
