Green Tea Parfait Sandwich

Combine yogurt, green tea powder, honey, ginger juice and lemon zest. Spread each bread slice with 1/4 cup yogurt mixture. Place granola, strawberries and almonds on top of one bread slice. Top the other slice with pineapple, ginger, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds. Spread remaining yogurt mixture over pineapple filling. Carefully sandwich both filled bread slices together.
