Turkey Green Goddess Sandwich

Ingredients (1 Serving)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ avocado, mashed
¼ cup butter lettuce
¼ cup bean sprouts
4 slices cucumber
3 slices turkey breast
¼ cup microgreens
2 tablespoons Green Goddess dressing
  1. In a small bowl, stir lemon juice and salt into mashed avocado, and spread on 1 side of each bread slice.
  2. Layer butter lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, turkey and microgreens on 1 slice of bread, and drizzle with Green Goddess dressing.
  3. Cap with remaining bread slice, avocado side down.
