Pear & Goat Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients (1 Serving)
1 Arnold Roll
2 tablespoons Goat cheese
3 slices pear
¼ cup microgreens
2 teaspoons honey

Spread Goat cheese on the bottom half of the Sandwich Thins roll. Place the pear slices on top of the cheese, followed by the microgreens. Drizzle on honey and top with Sandwich Thins lid.
