Ingredients
- 2 slices of arnold Healthy Multigrain bread
 - 5 oz. salmon filet
 - 1/4 c. baby arugula
 - 1 small peach, pitted and thinly sliced
 - 1 tsp. dill paste
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
 - Line a small baking sheet with foil and place salmon filet on foil.
 - Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
 - Place peach slices on bottom bread slice and salmon on top of peaches; then top the salmon with arugula.
 - Spread dill paste on the other piece of bread and place it on top.
