Ingredients
- 4 slices of arnold 22 Grains & Seeds bread
 - 4 oz. salmon, cooked and shredded
 - 2 tsp. real maple syrup
 - 2 tsp. whole grain mustard
 - 1/2 c. butternut squash, cooked and mashed (can be frozen, defrosted)
 - 3/4 c. baby arugula
 
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup and the mustard.
 - Then, lay out two slices of bread.
 - Spread half of the butternut squash onto each slice.
 - Top each slice with equal amounts of salmon, mustard mixture and the arugula.
 - Complete the sandwich by topping with the remaining slices of bread.
 - Cut in half and serve.
