2 slices of Arnold Oatnut bread, toasted

2 ounces oven-roasted turkey

1 tomato, sliced

4–6 basil leaves

Garlic basil aioli (recipe follows)

Garlic Basil Aioli:

1 cup mayonnaise
-
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
-
½ cup fresh basil, roughly chopped
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
¼ teaspoon pepper
-
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Directions
Directions- Make the aioli. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, basil, salt, pepper and garlic in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Spread aioli on each slice of bread.
- Top 1 slice with turkey, tomato and fresh basil.
- Cap with remaining bread slice, aioli side down.
- Cook sandwich in panini press until golden brown (approximately 3 minutes).
