Garlicky Turkey Panini

Ingredients (1 serving)
2 slices Arnold® Whole Grains Oatnut, toasted
2 ounces oven-roasted turkey
1 tomato, sliced
4–6 basil leaves
Garlic basil aioli (recipe follows)
Garlic Basil Aioli:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½ cup fresh basil, roughly chopped
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Make the aioli. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, basil, salt, pepper and garlic in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Spread aioli on each slice of bread. Top 1 slice with turkey, tomato and fresh basil. Cap with remaining bread slice, aioli side down.
- Cook sandwich in panini press until golden brown (approximately 3 minutes).
