Ingredients

  • 2 slices of arnold Potato bread, toasted
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 thin slices ham
  • 4 slices dill pickle
  • 4 thin slices hot capicola
  • 4 spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Build sandwich. Layer 1 slice of cheese, ham, pickle slices, hot capicola, spinach leaves and second slice of cheese between 2 slices of bread.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on top bread slice.
  3. Heat a panini press.
  4. Place sandwich, butter side down, on hot press.
  5. Carefully spread remaining tablespoon of butter on top bread slice before closing panini press lid.
  6. Cook until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
