Plum-Good Grilled Chicken Salad Sandwich

In a small bowl, whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper and garlic powder. In a medium bowl, toss chicken, apple, tart cherries, shallots and ground cherries together. Add the grapes and basil; toss gently. To assemble sandwiches, place 2 slices of bread on a work surface and top each bread slice with equal portions of baby greens then spoon chicken salad over greens, dividing equally. Cover with remaining bread, slice each diagonally and serve.
