Ingredients
- 4 slices of arnold Oatnut bread
 - ½ lb deli turkey slices
 - 4 slices bacon, crumbled
 - 1 small jar pimentos, drained
 - Paprika
 - Parsley, chopped
 - Mornay Sauce:
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 2 tablespoons flour
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1 cup gruyere cheese, separated into 2 cups
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to broil setting.
 - In a medium sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat and slowly whisk in flour until thick paste forms.
 - Slowly whisk in heavy cream and then add ½ portion of cheese and let simmer for 2-3minutes.
 - Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat once desired thickness is reached.
 - Place bread in an oven safe dish and top each slice with turkey, then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
 - Pour Mornay sauce over each slice and top with crumbled bacon and pimentos.
 - Broil in oven until cheese is begins to brown.
 - Remove from oven and sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
