Vegetarian Zucchini & Alfalfa Burger
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place veggie patty on baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes flipping the patty over once. Spread honey mustard onto bottom half of a Sandwich Thins® roll. Top with lettuce, tomato, zucchini slices, veggie patty and top half of the Sandwich Thins® roll.
