Vegetarian Hummus and Cucumber Sandwich

Ingredients (1 serving)
1/2 cup hummus
2 tablespoons olive spread
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
2 carrots, coarsely grated
1/2 tomato, sliced

Spread 1 slice bread with hummus; spread remaining slice of bread with olive spread. Top hummus with cucumber slices, tomato slices, and carrot. Place bread with olive spread on top to form a sandwich. Slice and enjoy.
