Lean BBQ Angus Burger
Heat a nonstick griddle pan, large skillet, or grill to medium-high heat. Place patty over heat and cook for five minutes on both sides or until well done. Remove patty and let cool until safe to touch by hand.
Place romaine lettuce on bottom half of Sandwich Thins roll. Place cooked hamburger patty onto lettuce; layer cheddar cheese over patty, slices of red onion, and BBQ sauce. Replace top half of Sandwich Thins roll on top and enjoy.
