Ingredients (1 serving)
- 2 slices Arnold 100% Whole Wheat® bread
- 2 thin slices smoked turkey
- 1/3 c. sprouts
- 2 tsp. nonfat curry mayonnaise (mix curry to taste)
- 1/4 of an apple, thinly sliced
- 1/4 of an avocado, thinly sliced
Spread curry mayonnaise on each slice of bread. Layer turkey, sprouts, apple, and avocado between the slices of bread. Cut sandwich in half and enjoy!
