Ingredients (4 servings)
- 4 100% Arnold 100% Whole Wheat® Rolls
- 1/4 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. hummus
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- Mixed greens
- Salt & pepper
In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, hummus, chicken, celery, almonds and cranberries. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Add greens to one side of each of the four 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins® Rolls and top with ¼ of the mixture on each. Cover with the other half of the roll.
