Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1/2 Arnold Multi-Grain® thin
- 2 oz. cooked chicken (chopped)
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 1/8 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese (optional )
- 1 Tbsp black olives, sliced
Coat a grill or grill pan with cooking spray; preheat to medium-high. Place chicken on grill and cook until browned and cooked through, flipping once, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Spread salsa in Pocket Thin®. Stuff with chicken, cheese and shredded lettuce, olive and shredded cheese (optional).
