Ingredients (1 serving)
- 4 slices Arnold 100% Whole Wheat® bread
- 2 oz. solid white tuna, drained
- 1 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 large black olives, chopped
- 1/2 small red pepper, roasted, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1 tbsp. non-fat Italian dressing
Mix tuna, feta cheese, olives, and peppers with Italian dressing. Spread tuna on two slices of toasted bread and top each with other toasted slices. Enjoy!
